Z2124 Two-Piece Massachusetts Volunteer Militia Coat Button for Artillery (1865 Specifications)
Description: Nicely gilted button with the stand up shank intact. This style of button was made according to the December 1865 regulations. Non of these are excavated at Civil War sites and are post war buttons.
Backmark: "****TREBLE**** / GILT" dm with inner ring of dots.
Measures: 22.90 mm
