Z1194 Federal 1839 Pattern Cartridge Box Plate
Description: Here is a very nice, excavated cartridge box plate. This one has a nice face and is flat as a pancake. Both of the iron loops are present on the back, and one is slightly bent over. The back retains nearly all of the lead solder. The face has a nice patina but there are a few shiny spots on the face.
Measures: 58mm x 88mm
Recovered: Central Virginia
