Z4811 Confederate Infantry Coat Button with Stars
Description: Decent button that doesn't have any pushes to the
face. The flat rim is slightly pushed forward toward the top. The shank is
missing and the tin back has a crack in it. The area with verdigris could be
cleaned a little more. All stars are visible on this piece which is quite rare
on worn excavated examples. This one was recovered from an entrenched picket line between Church Road and Squirrel Level Rd.
