Z6076 Clinton Liberal Institute Vest Button
Description: Nice two-piece vest size button with plenty of gilt and a perfect shank. The Clinton Liberal Institute was established in New York in 1831. This particular button would slightly postdate the American Civil War. The button features the script letters "C.L.I” on the face and is surrounded by 13 stars with a rope border. There are a few oxidation spots here and there.
