Z1635 Confederate 3" Short-Nose Mullane/Tennessee Common Shell
Description: Here is a very nice bourreleted Mullane shell. This one has been cleaned and coated. This one does come with a correct sabot, but it may not be original to the shell. You can clearly see lathe marks on the rings and the lathe dog is still intact. The tapered wooden fuse is still intact as are the iron rods on the base. The middle bolt is missing on this example.
Measures: 2.94" x 8"
Recovered: Unknown
