Z1656 Confederate Ammo Packet for Six .44 Colt Army Cartridges (Richmond Laboratory)
Description: Here is an original wooden ammunition pack produced at the Richmond Laboratory for the Confederacy. The original wooden block contains only a piece of the original label. The entire label would have read, "6 Cartridges / Colt's Army Pistol / C.S. Laboratory, Richmond, Va.." One end of the block is missing showing the opening for the cartridge. This block comes with two original .44 Colt cartridge remnants.
