Z2273 New York Volunteers (3rd American Regiment) Coat Button (Rev. War)

Description: Here is a nice large size enlisted man's button. The center of the legend has a crown over "NYV." This is a seldom offered button and quite scarce. This particular example is missing the shank and has some edge loss. The cracks around the edge have been filled with glue. to stabilize from further deterioration.
