Z4996 French Republique Francaise "National Guard" Coat Button

Description: Decent coat size button with a white metal face and a brass back. The stand up shank is intact on this example. French 2nd Republic National Guard Button. 1848-1852. The shank is slightly bent and there is a slight push to the center of the face and a nick on the back edge.
