Z5277 Civil War .56-56 Spencer Rifle/Carbine Cartridge
Description: Very nice Civil War era Spencer Rifle and/or Carbine rimfire cartridge known as the No. 56 or .56-56 cartridge. These were originally issued in boxes of 42 cartridges broken down into six sleeves of seven cartridges. It takes exactly seven cartridges to fill the Spencer magazine. This example is in great shape and was meant for use in both the Spencer Rifles and Spencer Carbines. This would make a great addition to any Civil War cartridge collection!
Measures: OAL 1.651" CL .903
