Description: Here is a scarce cartridge that isn’t available that often. This is a rare .31 paper cartridge that was wrapped according to the 1861 Ordnance Manual. This style was wrapped with a trapezoid paper casing just like a typical .58 paper cartridge. There are only two examples shown in the RBTRF series which are the .36, and .44 revolver cartridges. This example is the scarce .31 size
