Z5875 British .577 Enfield Bullet, "2” in Cavity

Description: Very nice .577 Enfield bullet for the P-53 Enfield musket. This example has a raised "2” in the cavity with 4 broad arrows around the rim. These were intended for use by British soldiers in British occupied states and territories. The majority of these were manufactured at the Woolwich at the Royal Arsenal. They are from the Civil War timeframe but were not intended for US/CS usage. These make a great Civil War Era bullet if you are trying to collect all the cavity markings.
