Z5988 Confederate .69 "Raleigh” Pattern Bullet
Description: Very nice .69 Raleigh Pattern manufactured at the North Carolina Institute for the Deaf, Dumb, and Blind. This example has very sharp rings and the mold wasn’t aligned correctly when this one was cast. An excellent and crude Confederate Civil War bullet! At one time, these were referred to as "Carcano” or "Garibaldi” bullets.
