Description: Decent .69 Raleigh Pattern bullet manufactured at the North Carolina Institute for the deaf, dumb, and blind. This example has one good side. The other side has a push from the top ring to the base creating a flat side. The pushed side is image No. 2. At one time these were referred to as Carcano or Garibaldi bullets.
Measures: D .689” L 1.089” C .395”
Recovered: Orange Virginia
