Description: Scarce .38 Merwin & Hulbert "Board Dummy” cartridge. This example has two holes in the side with a wooden spacer rod. Nice example with a clean round nose lead bullet with an exposed knurled cannelure. This example has a brass case with some spotting/discoloration and a copper primer.
