Z6071 British Royal Regiment of Artillery Cuff Button (1802-1831)
Description: Nice excavated one-piece button with detail on the convex face. The center has a mirrored "GR” cypher surrounded by the English Garter with a crown above. The words on the garter are "ROYAL REGt. OF ARTILLERY.” A very nice button and the smallest example that I have had. The stank is intact and stands straight up. This style was used before, during, and after the War of 1812.
