Z6058 Hard White Pewter Coat Button, Judd & Woster
Description: Very nice example with a distorted star at center with a crosshatched background surrounded by two borders. This button was manufactured by Lucian Judd and David Woster based out of Waterbury, Connecticut (now Naugatuck). This example has a bent wire shank anchored in a large boss. The detail on this example is very nice. The shank is intact and the backmark is legible.
Backmark: "JUDD & WOSTER / * HARD WHITE *” rm with an inner ring of 12 six-pointed stars.
Measures: 20 mm
