Description: Nice .44 Henry rimfire cartridge with flat top and short case. This example doesn’t have a headstamp. It has four tic marks that are associated with manufacturing by Forehand & Wadsworth or Ethan Allen of Worcester, Massachusetts. The owners of this company were originally tied to Ethan Allen & Co. It has a flat nose bullet with a single deep cannelure. This cartridge could be used in the .44 Henry, M1866 Winchester, and a few different revolvers.
