Description: Scarce experimental .25-22 rimfire N.P.E. by Winchester. Not much is known about this cartridge, but it’s mentioned in Barber’s book on pg. 103 and he shows a loaded example. This is a new primed empty brass case with an impressed "H” headstamp.
