Z6399 .44 Extra Long Howard Shot Cartridge (H)

Description: Hard-to-find example with some issues. This is the rare .44 Extra-Long Howard cartridge with a raised "H” headstamp. The cases were manufactured by Winchester and the green shot portion was manufactured by the American Metallic Cartridge Company. Part of the green sabot tip is missing, there is a small dent near the case mouth, and 44 L is carved into the side of the copper case.

Headstamp: Raised "H” within a depressed circle.

Measures: OAL 1.865” CL 1.063” RD .505” HD .437” CM .435”
