Z6491 18MM Swiss Milbank-Amsler Rimfire Cartridge
Description: Decent and desirable 18mm (.709”) rimfire cartridge known as the Milbank-Amsler. These were used in the 1867 Prelaz-Burnand conversion rifles. This is the largest size rimfire manufactured for any of the conversion rifles. Decent example with a small flat spot on the side of the nose. There is a collector’s tag glued in place near the rim.
Headstamp: Impressed triangle with raised dot and two tic marks.
Measures: OAL 1.577” CL .967” RD .819” HD .732” CM .701” BDaCM .699”
