Z6505 .40-85 Ballard Everlasting Cartridge by Winchester 2.9”

Description: Nice cartridge known as the .40-85 Ballard Everlasting cartridge manufactured by the Winchester Repeating Arms Company. This example has a flat nose paper patched bullet, a 2-15/16” brass case and a brass primer. A very popular cartridge of the late 1800’s. A decent and clean example with one very small mark about halfway down the case just to the left of the left light line in photo No. 1.
