Robin Hood 10Ga. N.P.E. Shotshell
Z6775 Robin Hood 10Ga. N.P.E. Shotshell
Description: Very nice red N.P.E. shotshell imported for use by the Robin Hood Powder Company of Swanton, Vermont. This company was founded in 1898 and was reorganized as the Robin Hood Ammunition Company in 1906.
This is an excellent example of one of the early Robin Hood shotshells. They were imported, loaded, and then sold on the open market. This example is fairly clean with a dark red paper hull. It has a brass cup measuring .404” and a copper primer. An excellent example of an early Robin Hood Shotshell!
