Z7019 .40-70 Bullard Board Dummy Cartridge by Winchester

Description: Nice "board dummy” example known as the .40-70 Bullard cartridge. These were manufactured for the .40-70 Bullard heavy frame lever action rifles. It has a wood dowel on the interior with two holes punched in the case on the board side. It has a flat nose bullet, a brass case, and a copper primer. The case has heavy small spotting with a tape residue seam around the middle.
