Description: Minty Confederate .69 "Buckshot” cartridge manufactured at the Columbus Arsenal in Georgia. The front half contains the shot load, and the back half contains the powder charge. This is the short variety having a 2.6” overall length. There is also a long variety measuring over 3.2” in length. Confederate cartridges have become quite scarce in fine condition, and this is about as nice as they come! A top-grade example of a scarcer Confederate paper cartridge!
