Winchester No. 8 Board Dummy Shotshell
Description: Nice example of a No. 8 Winchester "board dummy” shotshell. These were used on the Winchester cartridge boards in the late 1890’s up through the beginning of the 20th century. This example has a grayish/black color with light soiling that has faded with time. The head is in nice shape with some spotting/oxidation on the sides of the brass cup.
