Z8244 12Ga. "Sure Shot” Paper Shotshell by Western Cartridge Co.
Description: Decent example of the early 1900’s "Sure Shot” shotshell manufactured by Western Cartridge Company of East Alton, Illinois. This example has a blank tan wad on top that is roll crimped into place and sealed around the edge. The paper body is brown or dark tan with heavy soiling. There are a few surface cracks on the case near the low brass cup. The copper primer is in place and corroded.
