Description: Here is a full, complete, and partially sealed of .44 Martin-primed cartridges used in the early Colt and Remington conversion revolvers. These were manufactured at the Frankford Arsenal between 1871-1873.

The packet contains twelve cartridges in a pasteboard box with dividers. This example still contains the outer wrapper and pull string. There is a crack in the paper on both the top left and right sides. The left side crack continues around the back of the top lid. The top of the box is solid and will not open. The rest of the seams are in good shape. A nice box at this price!
