Z8409 .52 Sharps & Hankins Rimfire Cartridge (New Model)

Description: Nice .52 Sharps & Hankins rimfire cartridge. This was used in the "New Model” and is also referred to as the 2nd Model cartridge. It has a round nose lead bullet with two raised bands. The bottom of the bullet has a post which holds a lubricated linen patch. This example has a lightly oxidized bullet and a few spots on the case. A nice example with no dents on the copper case.
