Z8617 Full Sleeve of .56-50 Spencer Rimfire Cartridges (C.D.Leet)

Description: Full and correct sleeve containing seven .56-50 Spencer rimfire cartridges used in the Model 1865 Spencer carbine. This sleeve is made of pasteboard which is then wrapped in buff paper. There are splits along the length of one side so you can see the ammunition. There aren’t any headstamps on these. However, there are two tic marks opposite each other with chatter. These were probably manufactured by C.D. Leet. Overall, the sleeve has light soiling. A nice example of an Indian War Era Spencer sleeve.
