Description: Nice 12 Ga. salesman sample "window” shotshell. This example features the Winchester "W” Super Speed Mark 5 case wall print on one side and a clear viewing panel on the other, giving a full view of the internal components.

These display shells were supplied to sales representatives and dealers to illustrate the construction and performance features of Winchester’s premium shotshell line.

This specimen includes the Mark 5 collar, designed to deliver tighter patterns, a shorter shot string, and greater range while also helping to reduce barrel leading. Unlike the more common polyethylene collar, this variation is constructed of thick paper, making it unusual and scarce. The shell has a plastic case with a high brass cup, and all internal components remain intact and clearly visible. A factory-drilled hole below the window further demonstrates the hull’s plastic construction.

A superb educational and display piece, and a desirable addition to any advanced Winchester or salesman sample collection.
