Z9248 12 Ga. Western AA Salesman Sample
Description: Nice example of a 12-gauge salesman sample shotshell. This piece comes from Winchester–Western’s Double A (AA) line, first introduced in 1965 and promoted as "the strongest shotshell ever made.” The AA shells featured compression-formed polyethylene cases with a tensile strength of 35,000 PSI, a solid head, and the innovative Double A wad.

This sample has an unprimed plastic hull with a window cut into the case wall, allowing a clear view of its internal construction. The W-W Double A wad is removable, making it possible to display the solid head as well. While these uncrimped versions are not as visually striking as the fully loaded and crimped window shells, they remain a desirable and worthwhile addition to any shotshell sample collection.
