Z9373 Full Box of .25-25 Stevens Centerfire Cartridges by U.M.C.

Description: Decent vintage two-piece box containing twenty .25-25-86 cartridges. This box is full and correct, containing .25-caliber flat-nose belted bullets seated in straight brass cases loaded over 25 grains of powder.

The .25-25 Stevens cartridge was predominantly used in the Stevens Model 44 and 44½ single-shot rifles, but it was also chambered in Remington-Hepburn target rifles.

The ammunition remains in good condition, and the internal cardboard divider is intact. The box retains all of its original labels, with only a few small missing sections. Typical shelf wear and light soiling are present, consistent with age. The lid shows a single split corner, but overall, the box displays well.

A nice, complete box that would pair perfectly with an antique Stevens rifle chambered in .25-25 centerfire.
