Z8588 T.O. LeRoy & Co. Invoice to Colt Firearms Company 1860

Description: Original invoice dated January 31, 1860. It contains a pre-printed letterhead from the Thos. Otis Le Roy & Co of New York. This invoice was billed to the Colt’s Patent Fire Arms Manufacturing Company of Hartford, Connecticut. The invoice covers both drop shot and compressed buck shot. T.O. LeRoy & Company was in the business of lead since at least the early to mid-1840’s. A nice example of a Pre-Civil War receipt/invoice to the Colt’s Patent Fire Arms Company
