Description: Excellent example of a Civil War .58 three-groove bullet featuring the highly sought-after "US” cavity. These machine-made bullets have a truncated cone cavity with a raised "US” stamped into the base.

This example is in excellent condition, showing only minor patina loss. The skirt is perfectly round, and a clear seam is visible on both sides. A tough example to upgrade!
