Z4478 Early One-Piece Regiment of Riflemen Coat Button (War of 1812)
Description: Very nice example with a clear face and missing shank. According to Albert’s button book, this style of button was ordered on March 11. 1812. The Rifle Corps was present for the battle under the command of Capt. Abraham Massias.
Measures: 20.31 mm
Recovered: Fort Point Peter Georgia, The last battle of the War of 1812, January 13-14, 1815.
