Description: Decent excavated example missing the shank. According to Albert’s button book, this style of button was ordered on March 11. 1812. The Rifle Corps was present for the battle under the command of Capt. Abraham Massias.

Backmark: Blank

Measures: 15 mm

Recovered: Fort Point Peter Georgia, The last battle of the War of 1812, January 13-14 1815.
