Z4545 Scarce .58 Williams' Patent Type III Cartridge with Salmon Paper
Description: Here is another cartridge that is rarely encountered on the market. This is the .58 Williams Type III bullet wrapped in salmon colored paper with the white string. This is only the second one of these I've had to offer. The paper retains its color and has very little soiling. There is a small crack in the outer paper and one small area where it appears there was a sticker at one time. If you already have a Blue, and Buff paper example, this one is for you!
Measures: OAL 2.348"
Provenance: Terry White, October 1988
Reference: Round Ball to Rimfire Vol. 1 Pg. 236 No. 285
