Z4540 .50 Remington Navy Pistol M1867 Cartridges by U.S. Cartridge Company
Description: Scarce full and complete box containing 20 .50 centerfire cartridges for the Remington Navy centerfire pistol. These cartridges have the copper Farrington primer used by the United States Cartridge Company. This primer was developed by DeWitt Farrington who was awarded US Patent No. 133,929 on December 17, 1872. This two-piece box is made of pasteboard and wrapped with paper. The box has been opened around the center seam and the paper is lightly soiled. The ammo is in fair to good shape and has a little oxidation here and there. This would look great sitting next to your M1867 Remington Navy Pistol! The top label reads as follows:
