Z2491 One-Piece Pewter Relief Script New Jersey Coat Button (Revolutionary War)
Description: Here is a very scarce relief script New Jersey coat button from the Revolutionary War. The raised lettering on the face is well worn and shows honest use. The lettering in the middle of "Jersey" is almost gone. The stand-up shank is intact although pushed down slightly. There are some letters that were carved on the back at a later time.
