Z5012 Revolutionary War British 57th Regiment of Foot Button
Description: Excavated example that appears have been cut or
perhaps perfectly broken. This is the small size the Arabic "57" in the center.
The iron shank is missing which is quite common on excavated examples. There is
an old catalogue number on the back in orange or red paint. Update, this is one of several buttons recovered by Calver & Bolton in New York City.
