Z5216 19th Century Salt-Glazed Stoneware Flask
Description: Very nice salt-glazed stoneware flask that was more than likely manufactured somewhere in New England. This one has a pleasing color of gray and tan. The spout is perfect and the piece shows little wear. The base is very nice. There is one very small spot near the base that was almost a chip. If it weren't for the little spot this would be in as made condition. There is a hot spot or contact spot on the side and a small blemish above towards the center of the flask. This one measures approximately 7.75" in height. The body measures approximately 4" x 2" with a 2.25" x 2" base. These are becoming harder and harder to find in good shape!
