Z5265 British 1796 Pattern Officer's Gorget

Description: Decent British 1796 pattern officer's gorget. This example features the British crown over script "G.R." flanked by laurel leaves. This example was manufactured out of sheet copper with a gold gilt finish on the front. There is a small crack in the center and the gilt finish appears to have been polished off of the face with traces around the edges.

Measures: 4.5" x 3.75"
