Z5192 French 44th Line Infantry Coat Button (1844-1871)
Description: Very nice one-piece French 44th line infantry coat button with the later birdcage shank. This style of button is quite commonly dug from Crimean War sites as well as those occupied by troops on up through the reign of Napoleon III.
