Z5334 Pre-WWI M1903 Mills Canteen Hanger/Strap 1904 RIA

Description: Nice example with the hook and snap ends retaining most of their finish. The area around the rivet has a little rust spot on both sides. This one has a clear mark from the Rock Island Arsenal and is dated 1904 with inspector initials "H.R.." The strap has light soiling and is musty. This one is right out of an original stack from Bannerman's store.

Marked: "R.I.A. 1904 / H.R."

Measures: 5.5" x 7"
