Z5340 French 8 mm Protector Palm Pistol Cartridge S.F.M.
Description: Nice 8mm centerfire cartridge for use with the Protector Palm Pistol. The headstamp on this is the GG logo used by Societe Francaise de Munitions of Paris, France. S.F.M. was formed from Gevelot and Gaupillat around the late 1880's. According to various online resources the Protector Palm Pistol was patented in the early 1890's.
