Description: Nice .44 Henry rimfire cartridge manufactured by the Dominion Cartridge Company of Canada. These were manufactured after the American Civil War for the commercial markets. This example is known as the .44 Henry, Flat Nose, Long Case cartridge and was used in conjunction with the .44 Henry and Winchester M1866. There is a single knurled cannelure on the bullet and the casing has a few very light scratches. This would make a great addition to any .44 Henry collection and/or antique ammunition collection.
