Z5585 Confederate .69 "Raleigh” Pattern Bullet
Description: Very nice .69 Raleigh Pattern manufactured at the North Carolina Institute for the Deaf, Dumb, and Blind. This example is very nice and has the wide rings. At one time, these were referred to as "Carcano” or "Garibaldi” bullets. This one has a slight "cap nose” and a very small teat at the bottom of the cavity. This would stand out in any Confederate Civil War bullet collection!
