Z3022 CS Stippled Old English "I” Infantry Coat Button
Description: Tice states this particular style is one of the rarest of all British-made Confederate letter buttons. This is a decent example of a scarcer die pattern. There are two small pushes and one large push to the fact. The shank is straight up and the patina is very nice.
Backmark: Blank with two inner rings and one outer ring
Measures: 21.98 mm
Reference: Albert CS178, Tice CSI218A3
Recovered: Camden, South Carolina
