Description: Here is a decent original Civil War Artillery fuse packet. It contains five, five second paper time fuses. According to Jones, it is thought that this style of paper time fuse packet is a product of the Allegheny Arsenal. The stenciling on the face is bold. The paper is clean with very light soiling.
