Z5883 Sectioned C.S. 6lb. Side-Loader, 3.67”

Description: Nicely sectioned example showing all of the components for a Confederate 6lb. Side-Loader shell. You can clearly see the side-loader plug, iron case-shot, powder chamber, sulfur matrix, time fuse adaptor, and the leather gasket. The flats need to be polished and sealed to make the iron and fuse colors pop! The iron is heavily pitted with a large pit near the fuse. An excellent display piece for any Artillery collection.
